Diltiazem Hydrochloride Extended-Release Tablets are supplied as follows:
120 mg, white to off-white capsules-shaped tablet, debossed with “A” on one side and “157” on the other side.
180 mg, white to off-white capsules-shaped tablet, debossed with “A” on one side and “156” on the other side.
240 mg, white to off-white capsules-shaped tablet, debossed with “A” on one side and “155” on the other side.
300 mg, white to off-white capsules-shaped tablet, debossed with “A” on one side and “153” on the other side.
360 mg, white to off-white capsules-shaped tablet, debossed with “A” on one side and “152” on the other side.
420 mg, white to off-white capsules-shaped tablet, debossed with “A” on one side and “15” on the other side.
Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F); excursions permitted to 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature].
